Payment
All orders are processed via PayPal, no account needed: just fill in your email and post address.
You have 7 days to make your payment. After this delay, the order gets cancelled.


Shipping
Each item is made to order, creation process takes 1 to 3 business days after payment reception.
All orders are posted safely wrapped in protective packaging.

Delivery time for European orders varies between 2 to 10 business days.
International shipping may vary between 2 and 4 weeks (provided for information purposes only).
Express delivery is also possible, just reach out and I'll make it happen in time.


Exchanges
You may request to exchange your item within 10 days from the reception date. Use the contact form and tell me which product you wish in return. The mailing fees will be on your charge. 

For obvious reasons, customised orders can not be returned.

Damages and loss while shipping are out of my responsibility, nor can I be taken accountable for damages due to neglect after reception. Please make sure to take care of your item while returning it.


Additional policies
Colours may vary from screen to screen. I do my very best to deliver an accurate product imagery, but feel free to ask me if you have any doubt.
